DELIVERY

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after the order date. We recommend placing your order with enough time in advance.

• - During peak holiday periods (New Year, Obon, national holidays, or long breaks), orders will be processed after the holidays. Depending on order volume, shipping may take longer than the standard estimate.
•  - Deliveries may be delayed due to bad weather or natural disasters, depending on your location.
• - If, for any reason, we are unable to prepare your order, our Customer Service team will contact you directly.

SHIPPING CARRIER

All shipments are handled by Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with tracking information in the evening of the shipping date. Please check your shipment status directly using the tracking link provided.

• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of packages after they have been handed over to the carrier.
