Warranty Information

This warranty applies only to products sold in Japan through authorized retailers by Custom Produce Co., Ltd.

    1. Warranty Period

Your product is covered forone year from the date of purchase.

    2. What’s Covered

If your product is damaged due to a manufacturing or quality defect under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge:

  • If the item can be repaired → we’ll repair it at no cost.
  • If it cannot be repaired → we’ll replace it at no cost.

Please note: repairs may involve the use of substitute parts. Whether your case qualifies for repair or replacement will be determined by us. Shipping costs are not included in the warranty coverage.

    3. What’s Not Covered

Even during the warranty period, the following cases are excluded and may incur a fee:

  • No warranty card or proof of purchase provided
  • Damage caused by fire, natural disasters, or similar events
  • Damage from improper storage
  • Damage from falls, collisions, or excessive impact while riding
  • Damage from hitting rocks, bushes, or similar obstacles
  • Self-repairs or modifications
  • Improper binding installation
  • Warping or deformation from heat sources (like stoves)
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Any other comparable situations

    4. Validity

This warranty is only valid within Japan.

    5. After the Warranty Period

If your product is damaged after the warranty period, please bring it — along with your warranty card or proof of purchase — to the retailer where you bought it. Transportation and shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
